When’s BUKA available? We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and UAE Public Holidays.
Where does BUKA ship to? BUKA offers worldwide shipments, with the following exclusions: any of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. The list of sanctioned countries is updated periodically and is available on the U.S Department of the Treasury website.
Where are the clothes manufactured? BUKA manufactures in the United Arab Emirates. We work with a wide range of manufacturers that are experts in what they do. Our selection process is meticulous and we only partner with trustable people and companies.
What kind of fabrics does BUKA use? BUKA uses 100% Japanese cotton and genuine Italian leather. Our selection process is meticulous to bring you only the best quality.

What if an item is out of stock? Our pieces are very limited, so when an item is out of stock it might not be available again! Email us at email@example.com express your interest in an out of stock item and we will inform you if it becomes available again.
Can I pre-order an item? Sometimes we give the option to pre-order some limited items. If you place an order then you'll be on the waiting list and we'll ship your garms once the collection is officially launched.
What if my shipping gets lost or stolen? BUKA is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

What if I forget my username and/or password? Your username’s always your registered email address or phone number. To reset your password, you can tap on the forgot password button on the log in screen and we’ll send you an email with a unique link to create a new password.
Can I share my account with someone? Your account’s personal and private. You should not share your username and password with anyone for your own safety.
What if I need to update my account details? You can change your account details on your account. Tap view addresses > edit and you’ll be directed to your editable information.
How do I verify my account? When you register, we’ll send you an email or an SMS with a unique link or code to verify your account.
How do I set up a payment method? On the checkout screen you’ll be asked to enter manually your card number, its expiry date and its CVV number.
How do I get charged? Your card will be charged for the total amount once you enter your card details after tapping “complete order” on the checkout screen.
When do I get charged? You’ll be charged on your selected payment method when the order’s placed.
How can I get a refund? BUKA doesn’t provide refunds unless the items present manufacturing defects. Please, check the Returns & Exchanges section for further information.
